This work was born from a deep conviction that organizations rarely outgrow the leadership that shapes them. De Andra recognized time and again, talented and accomplished leaders were attempting to build extraordinary things from fractured, unintegrated parts of themselves.

Whether in ministry, nonprofit, government, or corporate settings, she witnessed gifted leaders carrying significant responsibility while wrestling with unresolved tensions, competing identities, and disconnected parts of themselves—and she saw the organizational consequences when those realities went unaddressed.

As she served in leadership and reflected on years of supported intervention, De Andra became increasingly convinced that leadership formation was not separate from organizational transformation—it was foundational to it.

Hello, I'm De Andra!

De Andra Judge is an organizational psychologist, leadership strategist, researcher, and licensed minister who helps leaders & organizations navigate growth, complexity, and transformation.

With more than a decade of experience spanning federal government, private corporations, nonprofit organizations, faith-based institutions, and international leadership development initiatives, she brings a rare ability to bridge leadership formation with organizational performance.

As a licensed minister and cross-sector practitioner, De Andra is equally fluent in the boardroom, the nonprofit, and the sanctuary without compromising the principles that guide her work.

Known for her thoughtful presence, strategic perspective, and ability to bring clarity to complex challenges, De Andra leads from conviction rather than performance.
